SHIPPING WITHIN THE UK

We are currently upgrading our shipping options.

All shipping options will be posted here as we improve our services and thus, costs to you.

Currently, we only use ROYALMAIL postal service as our provider as these are more reliable. 
We also offer the option to collect, if local.

This will usually be via TRACKED24 as standard which is a fully tracked service. The choices will appear to you. But recommend TRACKED24

If you wish for us to use a different provider, please indicate within your email to us. We want everyone to be happy and completely understand if there is another provider that you prefer to use, we will endeavor to accomodate should costs be reasonable. 

In an event that we are unable to use ROYALMAIL, we will always use tracked and will contact and link the buyer with details. 

PLEASE NOTE: TRACKED24 USUALLY TAKES 1-2 DAYS BUT ALLOW UP TO 14 WORKING DAYS – THIS IS RARE BUT DOES HAPPEN. IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ITEM AFTER 14 DAYS, WE WILL OFFER A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. WE HAVE KNOWN TRACKED24 TO TAKE 7 DAYS TO SOME PARTS OF THE UK SO PLEASE BE PATIENT. 

We reserve the right to change postal service if unavailable or not suitable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

USA:

With the removal of de minimus with US customers, please be aware that delays in receiving items will become more common.

BUT ROYALMAIL ARE NOW INCLUDING THE PAYMENT UPFRONT OF CUSTOMS FEES SHIPPING AND HANDLING - WHICH IS NOW INCLUSIVE OF SHIPPING COSTS. Any other shipping fees that are unexpected are not our responsibilities and down to your countries own tariffs. 

We have two areas in this - ORDERS £200 and over INCLUDES ALL FEES |(except those not covered by Royalmail payment upfront option) and orders UNDER this - shipping is not included (although we do part pay to ensure a smoother experience for you - we in essence pay part of the fees) 

Our international shipping is provided via ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL TRACKED or if over a certain amount (or if specifically requested) via ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL TRACKED, SIGNED AND INSURED.  

This is subject to change depending on country and cost effective yet detailed tracking. 

OUR DUTIES + SHIPPING EQUATES UP TO AROUND 21% OF COST.

Our international shipping is provided via ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL TRACKED or if over a certain amount (or if specifically requested) via ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL TRACKED, SIGNED AND INSURED.  This is subject to change depending on country and cost effective yet detailed tracking. OTHER FEES, CUSTOMS ETC is not our responsibility and we are not liable. 

SHIPPING IS FREE UK AND INTERNATIONAL (EXCLUDING USA) FOR £120 and OVER 

SHIPPING IS FOR FREE USA FOR £200 AND OVER. THIS INCLUDES DUTIES PAID UPFRONT AS WELL AS THE SHIPPING COSTS.

We always strive to use the most reliable and cost effective options - we also always used a fully tracked service. Sometimes, that will mean that we may use an alternative provider but will always update the tracking and information to reflect this. 

NOTE:

Shipping rates are dependent on country and weight. Upfront costs that importing countries specify. 

Delivery times are also dependent on your CUSTOMS SYSTEM in your country. These may delay packages. These are completely outside of my control. 

We do offer a TRACKED  service as standard across the world - fee is generated via the shipping providers directly and integrated onto the site  - this covers weight, size and international postage.  USA postage includes tariffs paid upfront. 

Prices of products DO NOT include shipping (unless indicated - such as FREE SHIPPING, SHIPPING OVER x AMOUNT), this is updated on the shipping page on checkout. 

FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is offered at the discretion of The Magickal Hud Shop and can be changed. 

FOR OUTSIDE THE UK AND US: This does not include taxes, tariffs, customs fees or fees added by receiving state or country. 

Prices do not include taxes and duties set by individual country. 

We are not liable for the length of time that customs has said item as once out of our hands - it is under your government's jurisdiction and cannot be hurried or influenced. 

Each country has a different system for charging customs, some may not charge at all - please refer to your government website.

We cannot be held responsible for delays with customs or delivery once it leaves our store. Please allow up to 30 days for international items due to potential backlog and the odd item taking further trips before reaching their destination. We are watching your order also as it is important to us that you receive what you have purchased.  WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR CUSTOMS COSTS OR TARIFFS IMPOSED BY INDIVIDUAL COUNTRIES.
